Home Up Meet the Family! Kate's Kave Kurt's Kove Recipe Vault How To BBQ Contact Me

ALL recipes are for 1 pound of meat.  Most of these you must add enough liquid (your choice) to cover the meat.  Also, you should add 1 tablespoon of  Tender Quick per pound of meat to get that nice salty taste and to cure it so it lasts longer.  Follow the recipes on my jerky page to make.
