A popular coney joint in Bay City, MI. They had been closed for several years but reopened in the summer of 2008. Alas, they no longer serve coney dogs. The shame!!
1 pound Ground beef
2 tablespoon Chili powder
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 medium Onion(s), minced
2 teaspoon Garlic powder
4 drop(s) Tabasco
24 ounce(s) Tomato juice
Soak beef then brown in large skillet.
Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 2 hours or until desired consistency.
