This is Kurt’s favorite meal when we head out camping.
3 pound(s) Beef steak, cubed
1/4 cup Olive oil
22 ounce(s) Tomato juice
1 pound Green beans, cut
1 pound Carrot(s)
6 Potato(s), red
1 Red onions, chopped
2 teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Salt
2 teaspoon(s) Pepper
Water or chicken or beef stock
1/2 cup Flour
Brown beef in olive oil and garlic.
Transfer to slow cooker and add juice and all the veggies.
Add water to just cover.
Cook for the day.
In a cup, mix the flour and some juice from the pot. Dissolve the flour and add back to the pot.
If you want it thicker, add more flour mixture.
