1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Egg substitute or 1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan, fresh, grated
2 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
2 tablespoon(s) Water
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Anchovy paste
2 Garlic clove(s), minced
2 teaspoon(s) Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, coarsely ground
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Parsley, dried
Combine all and beat with electric mixer for about 1 minute.
Makes 2 cups and will keep for many weeks.
