2 pound(s) Pork tenderloin(s)
Olive oil
Pork Rub
1 cup Onion(s), minced
1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, chopped
3 tablespoon(s) Red wine
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Sour cream
1 cup Gravy, brown
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Flour
Egg wash
Bread crumbs, fine
Cut loin into 4 equal pieces and pound to flatten out.
Sprinkle pork rub on both sides.
Dredge in flour, then egg wash and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in pan and brown each side and piece of coated pork and remove and keep warm.
In same pan, saute the onion and the mushrooms.
Add the remaining ingredients and pour over top of pork.
