OK, I have to admit I am not a huge fan of fish. However, it is a nice change every now and again. With fish, I normally just grill it plain or add a little Lemon Pepper seasoning. On the other hand I love shrimp and other shellfish. So, here are my favorite recipes in the seafood category……..looks like lots of shrimp!
