1 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Pecans, chopped
Pre-heat oven to 375º.
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl.
Stir in flour and salt and add nuts.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet 1 inch apart.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until set but NOT browned.
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
Let cool and roll in powdered sugar once again.
