4 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Sugar, granulated
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon Oregano, dried
1/2 tablespoon Thyme, dried
1/2 tablespoon Sweet basil, dried
1/2 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
Combine all and sprinkle liberally on beef.
Makes just under 1 cup
